the question is, where does it stop? How low is low enough?
and as you may know, as an mso you get what you pay for.
I'm not saying every lowball price taker is inadequite, but what I am saying is, how many out of ten times are the guys who will take the lower pricing, without batting an eye, exhibitting the lack of experience.
The unfortunate reality of it all, is that the subscriber is the one who suffers as well as the other primes who are making the grade with better quality and who have been there over a period of time, who have done the little emergency quicky jobs as a favor.
let's face facts, when you play the "high numbers game" what are we really looking at. Is quantity better than quality?
theres a diference between doing business inexpensively and plain out and out cheap.
Achieving the same result in a more professional manor is worth it's weight in gold.
the prime who chooses the mind set of "do it right the first time"
is more apt to produce better QC's. with and a happier customer base, wouldn't you as an MSO have a less customer turn rate? And wouldn't that in itself build a better and more stable profit margin?
It's been prooven time and time again that word of mouth is a fast way to build or break a companies reputation.
