we all know there are greedy primes out there. theres no questioning that. but I think the thing to remember is that not all primes are the same.some will eat a couple of small cuts rather than roll them down. and although cox may be the bottom of the barrel, it still does not change the fact that they ALL share the same practice when it comes down to the dollar.
