converter tracking

I remember a while ago someone asked if there was a program floating out there to track converters. I am going to have a small group of guys doing some work for me and it seems that every where I have been, tracking converters is always an issue every where. Is there anything out there some of the old dawgs have that could help a middle age dawg out. thanks.
