your best bet is to get alittle more info on what time it changes and get a spectrum to see if entire node is doing it. maybe find a place to put in a test modem . like power supply cabinet close to a tap and check signals at different hours. check if other customers are also changing. not just off the same leg, other legs as well. but i would use a spectrum. just a little help..
