yes, you sent it. and all the things you state were in the contract are NOT in there. However, there is a clause that states that any and all changes to the contract are to be agreed upon in writing. and whenever you can produce anything signed by me that states that i agreed to any changes to your contract i will be more than happy to apologise and back off.
