perhaps you need to learn how to read..... i said i MAY have done it. and i say it that way because no one knows what they would do in any given situation because no one can or will give you all the facts. in the narrow definition of "would i have done it?" the answer is no because like you and everyone else i believe i would do the right thing. throw in a bunch of real life factors that cannot be counted, then it becomes possible for anyone to do something that they would normally believe that they could never do. the contract that i have states the paydays, and not once was anyone paid on the date the contract stated. that in itself is a breach of contract. everyone overlooked it because they eventually got paid. as far as my leaving in the middle of the contract, that was brought up at the very beginning and you had no problem with it, why whine about that now?
