My dad tells me this story of when he went in for jury duty years ago.
A friend of his was asked if he believed in the judicial system. Dad's friend said "I believe that all lawyers are crooked, and when they get crooked enough, they are made judges." For some odd reason he was excused from jury duty. ;)
