I heard the over seas stories, worked with an out fit that has a system in Jamaica, a pole change out is where you get a bunch of guys, pick up the pole walk it off into the jungle, dig a hole and place it, powers every where. PR, SA, that's why I never went not to mention the politics, and yes I agree the east coast has it's challenges, Blue Ridge Mountain States, southern causeways, SE Kentucky, Lake of the Ozarks Missouri, hell and then you've got the NE, Vermont's the worse, pole lines just take off through the woods, in any case ya just have to load up a bunch of feed bags and hump it in,
it's easyer to ask for forgiveness than permission
