bob. i pray that you will recover from you injures ...i cant not help you with money ..but i know what you may be going though ! i had both shoulders work on ..on the job ...i have what the doctor's call anchors...three on the right and four on the left doctor's said i will not hit the poles any more well i am still at it . and on i am doing power ha ha ha keep your head up the good lord will take care of you and yours......hope this help.......(usa)
