need some help with a small problem at the headend..We have placed the ARTS CH on 93 and it seems to have a few issues. The issue is the video every 10 to 15 secs makes a quick "pop" (line across the screen with a poping noise) I have looked at many things and cannot find the problem..Please let me know if you guys can help..
