Blackball list is word of mouth, DON'T hire that guy or Company
Those of us that have been around a long time know of people or companies that shouldn't be hire or a warning and I'm sure there are people that you no that you wouldn't hire or help get a job because there either " Hacks" or thiefs or even burned employee's and that basicly is a blackball list.
So I think the best thing to do is do your job right once and go backs a free 'Not Paid" and I don't like doing anything for free.
And I'm not directing this towards you it was towards you it was just the link to answer the question.
