RED CARPET SERVICE

Valet parking, once the bastion of hotels and fine restaurants, is coming to one of the region's largest shopping centers.

The Boulevard Mall signed a deal with FIVE WEST ENTERPRISES to run a valet parking service at the Amherst shopping center.
FIVE WEST ENTERPRISES, under one of its affiliates, RED CARPET SERVICE, will debut the service within the next few weeks,
company officials said.

Boulevard is the region's first shopping center to offer valet parking. The service is fairly common at other malls across the country.

Dan Gagliardo, Five West/Red Carpet president, said he has options to begin similar service at the Prime Outlets mall in the
Town of Niagara and also with another mall in Erie, Pa.

"I feel like the community is ready for it," Gagliardo said. "This will be quite the convenience at the height of the shopping season
when people are driving around looking for prime parking spaces."
