i missed part of your post earlier.........i'm with you, but the fence is a dumb idea. if you put up a 20 foot fence there will be a booming business in mexico for 24' ladders.
. o O (maybe if we used an electric fence since they seem to know nothing of safety and aluminum ladders are cheaper it might work)
