Maybe I'm missing your intention of this device...but the units I listed are capable of outputting ASI, so it is not SD or HD relevant...unless you are looking for component video output from a receiver like that??
I assumed when you said this was going into a headend, that you meant a CATV HE & you would use the ASI output and send to a QAM??
Maybe you're talking about a mini-he setup in an MDU?? Let me know your specific application & I'll try to help if I can.
