If all the factroy workers in this industry would go back to the factroy and work for thier hourly wage like they come from then good installers that know what to charge for would be able to make a good living again. there have always been charges for custome work and crawl spaces and attics is custume the basic install for anyone including cable company has been to wrap the outside of the house.they and we all know it looks like crap but u get what u pay for and in diany kind of dish install it has always been basic inst. was four lages and on house with wrapped outside anything more has always been custome work with custome rates to match the work and price has always been decided between cx and installer doing the install. the issues of pay in the install field today is that there are way to many guys out there that will settle for and do the $400 install for $90 to $100 and think they made money at tit crawl spaces, wallfishes , attic crawls and pole mounts and bury has always been custome work and if the cx wants any onther type of specail work or routing done to install the job it is custaome and you ass the installer need to learn how to charge for that work propperly so as to make the best living and most money for your time and effort.
