I don't think Echostar should fight this alone. Cable, FTTH, IPTV and DirecTV needs to join in the fight and ask for retrans, must carries, cash for carriage be done away with. Open up compentition between markets as well. Not all DMA's benefit from the city they are appointed to, especially those in the outer regions of the DMA.
