So who do we look for as an apprentice? Your brother, mother or friend? That's not the problem, spineless has become the problem, the new guys are scared of the old, you by pass the knowledge by hiring low bid salesmen, they in turn employee hacks, this creates discontent, friction, and a low standard product, thus price drops, BS insurance increases and a general frustration with all. Don't blow smoke up my ass kid, I've been around long enough to see this industry crash 3 times.
