No, unless there is a legally recognized union in place at the office you work out of, then any strike would be considered illegal and you would be subject to losing your job. You could organize a sick-out, but you had better cover your bu++ and not let it get out that you were the one who organized it. Problem is there is always someone in the group who thinks he/she can get further up the ladder into the good graces of management by ratting out those who are organizing. In other words, don't put your neck on the chopping block for a group of people who would step on the person next to them just to get a step up the ladder.
