Had a power pack cause that issue once, turned out (retro job) not a pole on that leg was grounded! Dont like the way the plant reacted thought it was a short also. So in fairness the only problem I've had with the gear so far has been human error. I dont like the difficult access to forward pads and esp eqs that sucks.
