I have worked with the 860 gear from Motorola and I liked it alot. In my experiance if it is put in and set up correctly it is extremely nice. I like SA as far as setting up and working on, but thats what I grew up on. The Motorla stuff seemed more reliable to me. Just my 2 cents, not trying to start a war. LOL.
