your noise floors are at -40 ?????? on the return wow do you have any traffic at all ?? I have never seen -40 .. well I shouldn't lie when we do a dqm before launch it close to that. oh and your p/v at 2.5 you should change the level settings on your meter down to 5.db then tell me what your p/v is 17 deep.
It sounds like you should stay with your m.s.o its a lot more secure.
