anyone that goes in an attic and falls through will see why there is a charge for that. if it is a pull down stairs and prewires are right there i don't charge, if i have to crawl on hands and knee's they get charged. wall fish is extra, the way the pay is now if you don't make extra money you don't make it.
everyone can do what they want but as a contractor we follow the contract and if we can charge we do, if we can't don't take the contract..
