Sounds like you are getting a bunch of crap from people who probably don't even sweep. You are acurate on the .10 some jobs are better than others I personnally have swept plant for less but we didn't do eol's and got full node footage. So if you are thinking of contracting I personnaly would wait till next year I think the shortage of people who actully know what they are doing vs button pushers will help the pricing for the guy's who can. The non's will always work for nothing cause they know nothing.
