Well let's C. Been doing this for over 28 years, have seen the prices cut in half, More crooks thieves and rip offs than ever before. Refinanced the house on several occasions, stayed in some of the most disgusting motels, working in some of the countries biggest slums, been ripped off by some of the biggest contractors out there, have trained countless number of people, only to have them try and go above my head to obtain the contract from under me knowing only what I have trained them,
