From what I've seen, MSOs are looking for DUI/DWI, violent crimes, etc. It drives up their insurance rates (and those for subs like me) if you are driving one of their vehicles. It's a big risk when you have to deal with residential (there are lots of loonies out there who sue over anything). If you know that the company is going to do a background check, then be honest and upfront. I like the suggestion of trying to get it removed from your record. That would do you lots of good no matter what industry you work in.
