slider is correct: you need to determine first what version of ACAD your client is using then while the microstation file is open you can do a :File:Export and then either export it to a DXF file or export it directly to ACAD during this export you can select which version of ACAD to convert the file to. Also consider that you may need to create a translation file in order to keep the integrity of your Layer/Level assignments as well as line stlye, color and weight integrity. Cell libraries (blocks)are subject to this as well.....Hope this helps
