same situation here. my son worked for the same guys that have connections with the atlanta people and he hasnt seen a penny from them. it started out he would be paid on the 15 and the 1st of each month with a 3 week wait on his 1st invoice. after all his expenses for the work he done and the supplies he bought to do directs installs as a sub he was broke. when payday came they told him they had to go Qc his jobs and couldnt pay him for another 2 weeks. he had to find another job because he couldnt invest anymore money to even go to work. i had to take him and find a job to get $ back in his pocket so and give him $to get back and fourth. these people cant keep good help cause they are cheating em out of there money. litigation is in the works .no wonder they r always posting .
