In my state if you are a sole proprietor with no employees it's a simple form you fill out.
I am covered full time at work with other insurance and dont need WC.
This year it cost me $125. The state sent me 3 copies to pass out to whomever I am working for as proof.
Check with your state.
Some states require WC and have no exeption.
