I have worked for their CEO over the years and have gotten paid all of my checks and retainage ($100's of thousands of dollars). They are very reasonable people, perhaps your paper work wasn't in order or you F**ked something up. These people are some of the best to work for in this industry!! I would be careful if I were you because this is one bridge that you don't want to burn you may need to cross it again later down the road.
