You will absolutely receive any and all checks and on time. Unity will not hold checks. Unfortunately, we did not get the promised work for many HSI installs in that system. As soon as we got in, the rules had changed. We certainly are very upset for any of our people over this and are leaving this market because we don't expect our guys to just struggle through it. We have offered all our guys down there a chance to do triple plays in other markets where they can make some very good rates.

The situation was very unfortunate for all as Unity had dumped quite a bit of resources into the project as well only to learn the project was not quite what was discussed.
