Re: transition to splicing


as i said in the lineman forum, i'm fairly offended. i trained the splicer to do installs, took 4 months, wasn't easy, he didn't get the protocols of installing. i bet i can learn this and faster than most. if you have helpful information, such as what kind of payout the tools will cost, what might be some of the protocols of construction i should pay attention to and safety measures to watch out for so as not to wind up like the verizon tech listed below i'd appreciate it. if all you have to talk about is the "respect" i should have for soemeone else in the industry, but don't show it, then move on. if you can help, then please respond.
