The CATV industry has not adopted the NCS Standard ---> YET !
"YET" is the big issue here.
I spoke to some other Designers and Drafters, and got nowhere.
Some know about the NCS others don't.
If you don't, --- maybe you might want to.
Like Lode Data, and Focus from the days of designing with a calculator, or AutoCAD - MicroStation - from drafting with pen and ink on mylar...
The Cable industry will be adopting a standard.
It is real interesting, for those of us who do that kind of work, and I found it to be very concise and easy to understand.
-Bottom line: I had to create a crap load of layers, but now that it's done... I highly recommend it.
