i started in cable and was good enough that the plant manager still wants me to come back and contract or work in house for them, 10-12 jobs is WAY too many unless you are hooking and booking or doing analog apartment jobs. maybe my experience in cable is different, but 8 jobs a day was too many........i did it a number of times. i liked to take 5-7 jobs a day and i averaged 1200 a week and i thought the prices were too low then. 10 jobs a day X 6 days = 60 jobs a week. 1200/60 = 20. what the hell are you doing on a job short of hooking up at the tap and leaving that you are only averaging 20 per job. that's ridiculous. all of those jobs had better be on the same street!
