Sub-contract u/g crews needed in Va.

Need quality U/G crews for project in Blacksburg, Va. This is somewhat mountainous, so be advised that you will encounter rock. There is some directional boring, but not enough to come in as a directional crew only. Contractors who have experience in these conditions are very much in demand on this project.
