Cust's rarely get free from me brother. When the customers are presented with what is standard and what is custom, they come off of the ca$h or ..... I guess I will eat it to a degree, I must mention the $100 tip I received last week. I am on this guys speed dial, and I will be contracted to update this guys telephone, network, home theater system. It is customer connections such as this that make me say "you gotta take the good with the bad."
