Re: A union, is it time


Alright look damnit! There is/was a movement or change in how HSP's associate with the technicians. This movement is/was met with resistance. Most experienced tech fled the situation altogether while other were/are left to fight the good fight. During the struggle one can get desparate enought to look for outside help. This help can be found in unionizing/organizing the techniains so that they collectively have bargaining power to better negotiate an agreement of set rules and working conditions for employment.

It is that simple. I was in a situation where I turned to unionizing and I got fired for it without any means of defense. So I now tell others of my experience and let them know if they are doing their job as a hobby do NOT speak your honest opinon on the subject.
