Same thing happening on all 3 tvs? is the dish round with a single eye (round dish single lnb) or is it oval with three eyes?
If the dish is round with one lnb, then there must be a multiswitch which could be bad, or the connections going from the multiswitch (splitter) are bad, or last option a bad lnb.
If the dish is oval, then the lnb is bad or the dish needs to be realigned. On this dish the realignment may include simple azimuth, elevation, and/or skew.
