Is DTV Bringing Installs Inhouse???

Don't know if any of you have seen it or not, but Directv is running commercials looking for installers nationwide (caught one of them while viewing a program I Tivo'ed off the Discovery Channel which aired this past Sunday). The commercials direct applicants to go to the DTV website and apply online. I just can't imagine that DTV would be doing the recruiting for the HSP's, contractors or retailers, so maybe it means they are bringing the install operations inhouse similar to what they did with several of the call centers.
