We really need to have a link under the discussion area titled "Get your own contract" and while we're at it add a "Union" discussion as well.
In regards to your question, please take the time to scroll through the previous threads for the answer to your question as you will find that this topic gets brought up many times through out the year and always gets the same responses. It shouldn't be that hard to find since someone else asked the same question within the past two weeks.
