always comes around when this industry goes dry. Hang around, it will come back, just like it has over the last 40 years that I've been in it. The only place you will see OSP union labor in this industry is in and around the major nothern metro cities. All the upgrade patch jobs that has been going on over the last 10 years will all have to be replaced 
Stick it out, times will be better for you, just keep it ethical and do quality work, in a timely manner.
This industry has many ups and downs and I don't mean climbing poles, it will change, just pick and choose your classification very carefully.
