when u start to bid a contract for what the work is worth instead of the crumbs that the mso is offering you to take it for or leave then you will see your techs do good work and be on time for the time frame jobs not have to be late for the fact that they have run into some bs that has been left for then or a work order that isnt what it states it to be then wiil see your qc numbers improve and work and production increase to the point where it will make you and the mso happy but until you do this you will always have the techs and the numbers problem the number and the time frames are almost imposiable to meet and they know this to be able to take and charge you back as a prime then you pass it on down to the tech and they get mad so that is it in a nut shell from my point of view have a good day and hope all is well
