Really? News to me but like I said, I always defer to the Employer's Association in each state that we work. It's a good organization to join in any state that you currently have employees to make sure that you are in compliance with the labor laws of a particular state.

Having said that, you seem pretty sure of what you say so where are YOU getting your info?
