Fortunately in Fla we have plenty of bilingual installers but again I shouldn't have to lose an install due to a language barrier. I can only remember 2 orders that I just could not do because of this, most times we get into this "nod and point" game but the job does get done. When it comes time for cust ed, I call the MSO and try to get them to a spanish speaking CSR... it's a pain, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
