the reason IMO that rupe and charlie don't care is, they have thier numbers. remember vegas these are two guys with the mind set of he who has the gold makes the rules.and although a third of the install industries finest have dropped out, the pinch won't be felt until the other 2/3 is gone. and even if that happens with as many bad techs they will still have,their pinch won't be felt for at least a year. to these guys it seems only drastic times call for drastic measures.
