Re: employee pay

Again like everyone else said they SHOUDN'T be able to. In MA if you leave they pay you on the next due date, EVEN if they claim you owe something that has nothing to due with the fact that THEY OWE YOU! (wonder why no big companies come here) :) And if you get fired (employee only) then they must pay you all monies owed at time of termination regardless of due date.
