just wondering......

i've lived my whole life in tx and only worked out of dallas for katrina for a few months.........i'm wondering from you guys that travel if there is still a place where more than 50% of subs still speak english........this isn't a racist rant.....i'm just sick of going back on jobs because the sub just smiled for 20 minutes while i explained their system.
