Need Help. I have a Birdog Meter. Stopped working and kept saying a short. Replaced the battery with a new one, charged it, and it worked once. The menu for set up comes on, but when you hit the on button, starts up and then screen goes blank. Anyone had this problem, or know who fixes them. Also, when I measure the voltage on the battery it reads 20 volts, but on screen reads 0%. Someone please help. That meter was my baby for doing the phase III dish from DirecTv. The Acutrac II that I have is a pain in the ass. Thanks
