Has Anyone Heard of this Company?

I was just wondering if anyone has had and problems with global communications llc? And if not getting paid is standard with the sales part of cable jobs. I have only been doing this for a couple years now, and so far have had two of three companies not pay me. And another question. What can you do if they do not pay you?
