You should be at least making $60-$70k, depending on your level of experience. Be confident in your skills and go get it!



>How much should I be making? I am new to the industry and am a fast learner. Currently I am a HFC Drafing and Design Supervisor at a young cable-Internet-Telephone provider doing overbuild in 4 markets. I manage all mapping, strand, and design for each market. We do design both in house desing and design with a contrator using focus One. I also do all the Fiber Networks for each market in house personally using focus One fiber. Just curious as to what I am worth in this exciting marketplace. Thank you for your response.
