Re: TOA/ETA system... feedback anyone?

it was never in my contract to disco, i was strictly an installer when i did cable. we were supposed to disco anything that wasn't hot tagged on the tap, but they let that slide because there were so many untagged paying subs. if we didn't boot and terminate all the open ports on every tap we touched that was a chargeback, but after a year of that, it wasn't much of an issue since most of the taps you were going to touch had already been terminated. sucked ba!!s at first though.
